About Our Services

At Elite Mental Health, we offer a variety of services to our patients. Our compassionate providers ensure that all of our patients’ needs are met. We care for many different conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, and substance use disorder. 

We provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) like Naltrexone, Suboxone and other medications to help reduce withdrawal symptoms from opioids and alcohol, or reduce cravings for them.  Our program is designed for individuals that have gone through residential and detox treatment.

At Elite Mental Heath, patients can be managed with pharmacological therapy, talk therapy, and counseling services. We understand that each patient may need an individualized approach to care, and our providers are experienced enough to determine what the best approach is for every patient.

Dr. Monica Ariyo, DNP, PMHNP-BC understands that therapeutic relationships can help to transform lives. In her practice, she supports children, adolescents, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. Dr. Monica Ariyo brings a multidisciplinary perspective and years of experience to each session.

That’s why her approach to psychiatric services and mental health therapy is one that addresses the physical, interpersonal, and psychological needs of her clients. Dr. Monica Ariyo training allows her to draw from the most helpful pieces of her nursing background and her training as a therapist when she works with clients to develop a plan for their personal growth and well-being.

Dr. Monica Ariyo believes that empathy, non-judgment, and collaboration build positive client-therapist relationships and that those relationships, along with a welcoming environment create the comfort and safety necessary to foster real client progress.
